Good day

I am currently testing an installation of a new sub board
which is on a network of sub boards. What would I put for
for supply charteristics?Would it be the supply MCCB at source of
the network of boards?I would be very grateful for some help.

Regards Mick

The supply characteristics are dictated by the sub-main supply to the board you are testing. So the supply protective device will be whatever circuit protective device is upstream from the sub-board. Earthing characteristics are denoted by the earthing arrangement within the sub-main cable etc.
