Hi. I'm trying to get confirmation of the new 'Feb' FIT rates. I see them in the government response to the recent consultation but can't seem to find them on the OfGem website.

So,...

Are they confirmed...if so, where?
What are the rates for Export?
What are the rates for EPC of less than D?

Thanks

You can still apply for the FiT after the 14th January, even though FiT doesn't re-open until the 8th of Feb.

So anyone registering between the 15th Jan and 8th Feb will go into a "pool" and will then be assigned a FiT date of the 8th Feb, subject to the cap levels not being reached. Net effect, you could put an application in on the 20th January and not get a FiT date until the 1st November at a rate yet to be determined...

If you try to register a system that isn't actually fully installed and commissioned before the 14th beware, it is more than likely that those registering within the last few days will receive an audit visit to make sure it has been installed and is not just a bunch of panels in the garage and a meter on the shelf..

The most easily justifiable installation is a medium / large scale roof top installation where all the energy will be consumed by the site it is installed on.

This is in line with the Government's policy stated a while ago about promoting commercial rooftop solar.

They just didn't say they'd do it by making the other areas unattractive !
