Had a system installed this week. 18x Kioto 200w(3.6kwp) panels in two strings plus an Aurora 3.6OUT inverter. Up and running on Thursday afternoon on a SE facing 30deg roof with minimal shading.
Output yesterday which was cloudy was only 1kw. Is this acceptable? The average per day should be 8kw to meet the amount forecasted by the supplier (Ecoliving).
The inverter was, according to the sparky installed straight out of the box with the pre determined voltage setting(200v?) Should this be lowered? I am in SW Scotland DG7.
Thanks.
There are also a few other issues I must address with the supplier

Thanks to all so far. Yes it does seem low plus there was no "Design" of the layout as I was assured there would be by the company. The fitters did seem a decent bunch but as most seemed overstretched especially going into the windy autumn/winter months so some corners may have been trimmed.
