Hey there, I have a Honeywell TH3210D1004 thermostat that I've replaced with a Honeywell T2 thermostat. I'm not an electrician by any means but have had some experience changing out light fixtures and such, I've copied the wiring as best as I can tell and am not sure why the T2 isn't working. Went through and programmed the thermostat and waited thermostat to power on so far nothing. I'll post pictures of the wiring setup from the TH321OD1004 and then how I wired the T2, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Everything seems like it should've matched up, in the TH321 the orange wire was in the B terminal and brown wire was in E terminal, which the T2 has terminals marked B and E but they're in a smaller text.
