This person requires some work. They've hopefully explained their skills and qualifications and what area they're in. Otherwise, what's the bloody point?

So by the looks of it, you provide electrical certs for landlords?
Just out of curiosity, how long would a cert take to do for a 3 bed semi? 2 RFC, 2 lighting circuits, shower & a cooker circuit?
