Which size? Expert Electrical have 20S for £11 incl. VAT for a pair, and 20 is a little bit more. But then larger sizes are quite pricey.
 
Yes, 25 is around £33 a pair incl. VAT including earthing nuts (which I almost always use), or £27 incl. VAT without the earthing nuts. Earlier prices also included the nuts. Not sure why they cost so much more for the larger sizes.

"What the market will bear" pricing. I guess that the larger sizes are generally used for non-domestic ? or maybe larger properties. So they can get away with charging more ? It's not a "Cost plus" pricing model.

That's the main reason why governmental organisations are continually ripped off... they are prepared to pay the vastly inflated prices, whereas the general public are generally not.
