Newbie Advice on Training Centers

Hi all, I'm looking at doing the Design course i've found two indipendant centers as no colleges seem to run it.

'Technical Training Soloutions' in Rochester and 'Total Electrical Training' in Halow.

There both after the best part of a grand, so i'm after a little feed back before i spend my hard earned. Has anyone used either of these, and are they any good?.
