Hi Guys,

I've just joined this forum and wanted to ask a few questions. . .

I am looking into doing a course to become qualified as an electrician. I have lots of previous experience but I now want to become legit. I was thinking of doing a part time college course (as I work full time) but came across various sites such as 'Tradeskills4U'. I spoke to them and I was told that the Bronze course would be a good start. The course covers:
[h=3]5 Day Domestic Installation Workshop[/h]
[h=3]4 Day Inspection & Testing City & Guilds 2392-10: TS4U-92[/h]
[h=3]5 Day Part P Domestic Installers Course: TS4U-PP[/h]
[h=3]3 Day City & Guilds 2382-10 (17th Edition): TS4U-82[/h]
I want to eventually get into PAT testing and continue to undertake courses to extend my knowledge. I currently work as a property maintenance contractor. My question is, is this 'Bronze' course worth the paper its written on, if not i'd rather commit to going to college and getting it done properly, instead of forking out over ÂŁ2k? I am only interested in domestic installations.

Thanks in advance
