next test dates for student accomodation??

lads,

just a quickie....im down to test a student house,3 stories. basement is landlords flat with a c-unit that does his flat and the land lord areas. how long till next test??

1st floor and 2nd floor have a c-unit in each that just serve the particular flat. They are uni students so will how long shall i give till the next test??. Thanks alot boys.

Recommendation is on change of tenant but wheter your man will go for that is debatable

i normally go 5 years or change of tenant for rental but students change digs loads so i hear.
