Nic certificates

Which are the correct boxes to sign on nic certificates for domestic installer the top or bottom ones

Which certificates do you mean? Minor Works or Installation? If you're a sole trader you should sign both boxes if I'm understanding what you mean.

If you're a sole trader and Part-P (17th Edition) then you are both the installer AND the qualified supervisor. The NICEIC do a very good book which explains all of the boxes on the certificates as well as the tests themselves.
