NIC site is crap!

got me activation code and all that, and activated building control site. however im trying to buy some certs on NIC direct and it wont let me do out keeps saying internal error and that!!

i allways order mine through the nic direct site,must be having difficulty with site,you can order by phone.

hi paul, i dont get it at all, it will let me log on but not buy anything!! tried the phone option but gotta ring monday morning now.

are you entering nic direct through the building regs notification site or nic homepage?

through thoust homepage, ill try the building notification one as well

if i remember right the first time you order something you have to set the account up,payment details etc.

no still cant do it, theres no way of getting from building control site ti nic direct.

and i cant even see where you would enter some card details etc, theres a wallet tab but it doesnt bring anything up
