Ok I 'll call back. 10 mins later she calls, are you nic registered...err nope i says. Oh dear she says, we need a real electrician whom is qualified. I say not to worry good hunting...

One reason to be NIC approved.........whatever you may think of it ,the NIC has been around a long time,(i started my apprenticeship for an NIC contractor in1978)...where were NAPIT etc then?....the NIC is the one recognised and asked for by the majority of those looking to engage a contractor whether we like it or not.
