Niceic application health and safety policy

Hi all got my date booked for me domestic installer with the niceic and looking for some guidance. I need a health and safety policy they send through a template but not to sure.

If you are a one man band i wouldnt worry too much, in any case just take the copy they send via email and then fill in your name on pretty much every box... its a pointless box ticking exercise when on your own.
