Niceic second visit

Hi Guys
Got the dredded Nic second visit next month the letter says office audit what does this mean?
what will they want to look at? I am sure you guys have had many a visit but its still a BIG thing on your second one.

2:job/cert records
3: Test insrument certification.
4:complaints proceedure
5:all doc;s BRB,OSG,EAWR,Part P building regs,can;t remember the rest
6: Instrument test schedule

They should send you a leaflet haj, follow what it says on there and you'll be fine.

The office audits are straight forward enough as long as you have all your paperwork as mentioned above in place.

they might also want to check your office has a working kettle lol good luck Just remember its NOT in the inspectors intrest to Fail you its in his interest to Advise you and help you improve your service
