I am currently installing a infra red heating system in a house. I have removed 9 storage heaters that were fed by the economy 7 supply. The economy 7 also feeds the immersion which will be the only circuit left on this supply.
My question:
is it possible / cost effective to remove the economy 7 meter and have a 1 rate supply seeing as the only thing being supplied Is the immersion. My understanding is that the peak hour tariff is more costly when you have dual tariffs?
cheers

It might be worth looking at the comparison site for electrical supply , I can't see I/R heating being cheap to run ,at least if you can get the lowest rate thats the best you or the customer can do ..
