Not the usual per-1966 sort of "no CPC in wiring issue" but plastic light switches in plastic back-boxes in trunking wired in singles. The lights have CPCs and measured Zs, RCBO trip-time, etc, all good. However, the actual switches lack a CPC.
Now I could run in a CPC to meet the last paragraph of 411.3.1.1 but the problem is there is no terminal on either the back-box or the switch. Probably you can get back-box terminals as there is a bit that looks as if it was moulded for such a terminal, but as it stands absolutely nowhere to park the end.
So what do I do with the end of the cable? Leaving it in a Wago is the obvious thing to do, but I wondered if folks here have better advice?
