NO CPCs

Just a quickie lads,
any advice greatly appreciated,Customer needs new CU upgrade,also earting to gas and water.Happy with my price but informed them up/down ltg ccts need rewiring no CPCs!!!!. Customer cant afford this ,i have explained about metalllic switches,fittings etc(which they have none at present). Question is can i replace CU test and cert and make warning notice on CU that no CPCs on LIghting cct,no metallic fittings etc etc ??????????

You can replace CU. Just as long as there is no class 1 fittings. You will only be making it safer.

Yep, provided there are no Class 1 fittings, obviously just write all the details on cert, remembering that the cert is there to cover your arse not the customers.
