My house, no main bond as there is nothing to bond to, water services and central heating in plastic, no gas, no steel work, so on the cert is it a N/A

Hold on a sec, your right lads if it's not 'Extraneous' we don't bond it I would still take a measurement between MET and the services where and if they turn from plastic to copper the Gas deffo will, water possibly, we know why we dont randomly bond metal,by testing the reading between MET and the copper we are making sure, there could be some central heating pipes passing through an earth potential we just don't know ?

Tested to see if the gas supply was extraneous on a house last week and meter showed >299M!

So that wasn't extraneous.
