In the news today- Barker done an interview on radio this morning as well. Says we have enough on-shore wind now so don't need any more

Huh? They gave the go-ahead to look at erecting some turbines near Haworth in Bronte Country last week:

The short sightedness is unbeleivable. Cleary no conception of the ramifications of peak oil, likely to have an even bigger effect on life as we know it than climate change. The cabinet probably all read this guy:
