Hello guys, I am using Shinko BCS2R00-00 temperature controller for a packing machine. The indicator shows that the output is on but there is no voltage output from the controller output terminal. So, the mould was not heat up. I have change to a new temperature controller, but still have the same problem. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

To get output voltage from the Control relay contact you would need an Input to it, have you got voltage in?
If not does that input go through an over temperature trip or other safety device before it goes to the temperature controller control relay output?

Thank you for the reply sir, i have found the problem. The temperature controller model is incorrect. Thank you for replying.
