how have you checked that there is no power?
Just L - N?
 
Can you clarify if these are controlled by a sensor (PIR) or not, please. If they are, then my money is on the PIR having packed up.
 
I don’t think sensor. The wiring is not hot. I have a gfci from a bathroom that is tripped and I cannot find where. There is one outlet that has no power. I changed out the outlet but the wires are not hot. Maybe the issue? Any advise it greatly appreciated!!!
