No r1+r2 for one light on circuit - Comments on Existing Installation (EIC)

Hello all... again

If I can see CPC connected correctly at a light fitting, and I have CPC at the switch, but I'm not getting a closed circuit when testing r1+r2 at this one particular light fitting (all the rest in the house are fine, good readings) - what would be an appropriate note to put in the 'Comments On Existing Installation' part of the EIC?

Lack of CPC continuity at whichever light fitting you are testing.

try operating switch, check they havent terminated onto sleeving,
