noises

hi not sure if anyone can help i got a double socket put in the other day and now my washing machine and dishwasher is making a hissing/fizzing noise and i dont know what to do if any advise i would be greatful.

is the noise coming directly from socket or from the actual appliance!!!

sounds strange! may just be a coincidence!! if it was from socket i would say turn unpplug items and ring electrician!

could be a bad connection in the socket. or appliance fault. the latter occurring on both appliances is 1000/1. i would call back the spark who installed the socket. if it had been me, i wouldn't mind coming back if only to satisfy myself.
