Noob question about non conductors

If i put a portable water heater (wired heater element) inside a stainless kettle(not electric) filled with water. Then i plug the portable water heater to boil the water inside the kettle. Will i get electrocuted when i touch the outside of the kettle?

Depends upon several factors, is it earthed, is there a fault, etc.

You definately won’t get electrocuted if you DONT DO IT.
