normally open you say??

Hi all,

I am wiring 2 s-plan bolier systems (danfoss) tomorrow and the room stats can be normally open or normally closed.

I am using the 230p type, does anyone know if it should be wired as normally closed or open??

also, I have cylinder stats to connect up and i am unsure to make them normally closed or normally open????
