Notifiable or not?

6 eyeball style downlights in a shower room, not IP rated at all, change like for like, install 6 new IP rated bathroom downlight, I assume its notifiable as its in a shower room?

While I've got you here, you change a CU do you complete a EIC or a PIR?? I usually do a EIC but got told a PIR is acceptable? Take it minor works is out of the question??

It's not notifiable at all, as long as there's no alterations to the circuit characteristics.
An EIC, a PIR hasn't got provision for detailing the work you've carried out.

Definately an EIC, as you change the CU you (could) change the circuit characteristics (ie BS3036 to BS 60898),which will give you diverent permissable
