Notifications on this forum-what am I missing?

Evening all, Just a technical query with regards to the function of this site. At the top of my screen (where it says welcome, notifications, my profile, settings, log out) I can see I have 8 notifications. However whenever I click on the tab, no matter if I'm on my desktop, my phone or my tablet (get me) it kicks me back to the login page.

So either I'm missing something or there is a general glitch. It is not really #1 on anyone's worry list I know but it has been doing it for over a month and I can't figure it out.

Any put me straight? Cheers

My notifications just tell me that one of my posts has been quoted, or that I have received a 'like'.
You should get a drop down window when you click on the tab.

Hi Rob. It's a known issue with certain browsers and we're in the process of getting it sorted out hopefully.

There's a thread here about it already so I'm closing this one to keep things tidy.
