is there a requirement to notify the DNO, FiT provider etc when changing modules? The inverter is staying just the modules being changed from silver frame to black frame. System has been in operation for approx five years.
 
I do not think the DNO will be worried, but from memory the FIT supplier will, because changing the panels potentially changes the TIC as the FIT suppliers define it.

The answer must be:
- read the letter giving authority to generate in parallel. (Here, WPD issue one.)
- read the FIT contract
