if you are modifying any circuit in existing board, then you have to test that circuit as well. also depends on how you are earthing the new CU.

I was right about that, now my problem is when I measured Zs I got a higher result than the claculated one wich I explain by not including the armoured cable when calculated R1+R2. I calculated R1+R2 for the armoured cable and found the difference in my result>
Question is how do I put that down in test result or am I doing it all wrong.
New cu Earthed using third core of swa to main earthing terminal.

ok so at least the SWA is protected. what are your your Zs readings on the new circuits. i assume you've got a 16A and a 6A? also. if your SWA is RCD protected, you don't need RCD in new CU

as long as the readings are below max. Zs values, which they clearly are, no prob. as you said earlier, it's the res. of the SWA pushing them above what you expected. can't see any problems there, except you probably fall into part poo for notification to LABC. only thing is your R1+R2 for the socket circuit seems a little high.

Because of the addition of separate columns for RCD type etc. I use Easycert software which gives the option of fitting it all onto one page.
