flipflop

I have just this year passed all of my 2330 exams Level 2 and 3, I have also passed my 17th Edition exam no probs and am now doing my 2391 course (exam in December.)

My Problem however lays with the NVQ 2356 Diaries (Portfolios of work) I am not asking if someone will sell me theres, that is just rediculous. (I have had all my on site visits and had that side of things signed off.)

What I am asking is... has anyone else experienced problems getting the right information from your assessors?
I was first told to complete 2 Diaries which I did and handed them in... IV handed them back and told Me layout was wrong? I have to cross reference evidence etc? So I do this and my assessor tells me that if they get handed back again He will resign (tongue in cheek, or so I thought) Guess what... they get handed back again... this time because, apparently you do not complete 2 diaries of work... you complete 1 portfolio of work covering the overall range check twice? Anyway my assessor really did resign and I was left in limbo for 3 months until they found a replacement. Now I have a new assessor and am talks to hopefully get this mess sorted.

But I feel that I have paid my money (£500) and have had little or No help whatsoever.

Does anyone know if there is a complaints procedure for the NVQ?
Does anyone know of any clear guidelines for how the NVQ should be completed?

Sorry for the Rant, Thanks in advance for any help.
