just finished my level 2 and about to start my level 3 in september. With the industry dead due to the recession i will have to wait until things start moving again before i can get a start. Is there any way of blagging the onsite portfolio or any training centres that you can do the portfolio commercial side in to the workshop to get pics in the northwest idealy liverpool area.

thanks

hi there

please do not be offended if i said go down the pub !

i found a lot of contractors used to go for a friday pint you could pick up some experience and get it signed off.. a lot of people still use word of mouth referernces.

try contacting the local building regs office to see who they use for their testing ie contractors lists

cheers
