Nvq 3 - unnamed registrations

Evening guys,

could somebody please explain to me what is meant by unnamed registrations for the NVQ3 ?

im looking at starting my nvq shortly and the company say they still have " unnamed registrations available for the c&g nvq3"

The NVQ course expired in December, so I'm guessing they have purchased places or numbers etc and are still selling them off.

Hope that makes sense
