NVQ 3 with OLCI London - suppementary evidence difficulties

hi everybody
does anyone of you know C&G regulations regarding NVQ 3 supplementary evidence regulations?
all people on this forum are talking about taking pictures but I am curently doing my NVQ 3 with OLCI London branch and they told me that I need at least 2 piece of supplementary evidence for each unit but fotos are are not accepted at all which make things more difficult as sometimes it is really difficult to get a paperwork especially for me as I work london underground and there no option for me to get a paperwprk for all jobs that i do but pictures would be easier for me to get
please help,
did you have same problems with your NVQ 3 or is it only me?

supplementary evidence. do you have any witness statements job cards or permits to work. photographs are a good way of proving evidence. job sheets, i have used packaging, if you need any help pm me

Supplymentary evidence could include manufacturers instructions, drawings, material lists, cartons from accessories, product evidence such as screws, rawlplugs, drills, componants etc. All of these must be annotated to show how you used them. At all times in your portfolio you must use 'I' not we and write in the past tense. Observations and witness testimonies are also valuable.
