Hi guys

kinda new to this so bare with me.
I am currently completing my nvq l3 and have had an assessment sent out to my by my assessor which i have a few questions to ask and maybe get some feedback.

questions 1, What hazards are presented when you are installing extra sockets outlet circuits in an insulated loft??
2, the question is, what sort of paper work should be implemented and supervised when electrical equipment is worked on? Is the answer to numeber two, A Permit to work??

unit 307, Why is it likley to seperate CPC cables with armoured cable?
Is the answer to number one., to prevent any interference with the high voltage cables and earth cable which goes back to a earth terminal bar?

Thanks guys look forward to your help!!

You need to work on wording your questions clearly so that you can get a good response.

1. Think about what you are doing when installing (extra) sockets, think about the hazards of lofts, think a bout the hazards of loft insulation.
2. Permits to work would definitely be in place in industry. following safe isolation and lock off procedures would be part of this.

Unit 307: sorry cannot follow the question, if you mean why may it be required to run a separate cpc when using an armoured cable, this would be in the cases where the armour of the cable does not have sufficient csa to act as a cpc and there is not a core available for this use.
