NVQ Certificates am i missing 1?

Just a quick question

I have recieved 2 certificates from college, i handed these in to my employer, one was a list of the units i've covered. and the other one was one with jtl and city and guilds on top. But my employer is saying i should have a 3rd to state that ive completed my apprenticeship is this true? or are they just pulling a fast one over me to avoid giving me a payrise for a little bit?

Yes you should get an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship certificate.

Thanks, do these normally come after the 2 i've allready received usually? and is this a city and guilds cert or something else ?

i got all mine in 1 go but i had to go to my training advisers office to pick it up give your training advisor a ring and get him chase it up for you

I think it would depend who you did your apprentiship with, mine all came seperately. Having just dug out my certificates it seems my NVQ3 came from EAL, my Btec National Certificate came from Edexcel and my Apprenticeship certificate came from Semta.

Speak to whoever organised your apprenticeship, that may be your college or somebody at your company, they'll be able to get to the bottom of it. I know I had to complete my Btec and NVQ3 before they could send off for my apprenticeship certificate.
