Nvq l3?

Hi Guys
Will be starting Level 3 2330 September but have been advised to run alongside this my NVQL3. I'm about to look for info as to scope & requirements. I'm working in domestic only at the mo, which I doubt will be enough. One tutor has already said he found the assessments difficult for a lad on our course who was with Connaught. Having had only 6months exp to date, would the NVQ be a jump for this coming term? Should I leave it a year & see as when things pick up try to get in with a commercial Co.

Domestic only is not sufficient for the NVQ. You must have a combination of at least two different types of jobs. I would suggest that if you can find another employer who can give you a commercial, industrial, agricultural etc. job then you do that. Perhaps you could do a domestic job with one employer and another with a different employer?
