Nvq portfolio, badly laid out

This portfolio is laid out very bad. They give you boxes to explain in your words how you perform tasks. It's in possible to fit the answers in. I could continue my discription on another piece of paper but not sure if that's exceptable.

Below is just one example. It's frustrating because I could go into lots of detail but such a small space really limits the info I could put.

Can you not use similar procedures for all items selected to prevent being repetitive then give specific requirements for each one?

I would duplicate it onto a spreadsheey.
