I remember scratching my head on this one as well, can't remember what i put, think I put that i'd written some instructions down for timers on forklift chargers. Basically you could put anything like C/H instructions, circuit details or something.

Using skills I learned when I was at school I picked up a pen and wrote down some information. Then using skills I learned when I was 2 and a half I opened my mouth and words came out, this is called talking and it allowed me to pass this information onto the customer, in accordance with our companies organisational procedures.

Oh yeah try and get a photo of yourself passing over the information.

I've done just what you've mentioned and wrote down some information along with manuals diagrams etc.. however
organisational procedures? what are they? Do they exist in the real world?
