Hi everyone
I've just signed up and was hoping there may be some useful adveice out there?! I have recently signed up to do my NVQ 3 online through Quickstep as recommended by a friend. What I was wondering was if anyone out there has any tips hints or advice as to how best to fill the portfolio in and how best to describe or word each task carried out? If someone had an example of how to do this then even better? I'm not looking for a completed portfolio to copy, just an idea on what is expected!
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Don't you have to be employed in the trade to complete an NVQ? I'm in the process of trying to find a job so I can complete mine too.

I've been in the trade for about 6 years - not sure if you can do it without experience to be honest?

Yeah as it's a portfolio, and so proof of your practical abilities, you would have to be working to complete it. It requires you to submit photo's etc and evidence of work you have done to cover about 8 different sections.
