hi huys looking for a bit of help i work for a family buseness , which landed a decent size industrial new installation wich we carried out no problems. Although now the customer has came back asking for an Operation and maintenece manual, the problem time. Does any one have one that i could use to help and add neccesary details ect. Or even know a good site to get one.

Might be able to help, do you have as installed record drawings and list of equipment installed

Just checked , we do have one in word doc. but I wiil have to edit it to remove all referances to ourselves ,when do you need it by

You can't get them of the shelf, it contains info on what equipment you have installed and planned maintenance equipment will require.

I would have to agree

This is not something that can be done with a generic solution as every site and the installed equipment is different

I usually use a loose leaf file and insert all the documents / installation sheets supplied with the equipment that has been installed, the as fitted drawings on paper and/or CD, the test certificates and any other documentation that is relavent
 
Thanks for all help/ comments guys. New to the site and lost the post till i found link to get the page up again. I knew some one could not just give mw the finished article was more looking for a guidance. we just had a few sleepless nights getting it ready, handed it in this morning .

Man its getting harder customer wanted low bay heat loss information too
