Can anyone give me an idea on the sort of Observations and recommendations put down on a testing cert. eg how you word it etc..etc...

Anything that does not comply with BS 7671 2008 must be noted in this section of a PIR along with a code and your recommendation on compliance. Really to many to start and list.
