occupied rewires are hard graft not just the rewire to think about you have there furniture,belongings,showing respect for there home, keeping it clean, it takes longer, keeping resident happy

I did a big 6 bed one in Jan and it wasn't as bad as I thought.
Me and a mate only on it and we did upstairs/downstairs rooms above/below each other together,chased,wired,capped,roughed in with plaster and 2nd fixed and moved onto the next area. and repeat.
All exising was left live for them and when all cables back at board 1 day connecting and making new live and removing old stuff ready for the plasterer I'd included in my price to tidy our roughing in and filling up old socket/switch boxes.
Client was really happy with us , so much so I'm doing a biggish job at the mansion next door.
Bought a Henry.....Invaluable !!

Did you leave all the old wires in then after leaving all the house working and then installing new around it?
