october 2391 exam

hi fellow sparks im in a bit of a stew with whats going on?
on monday i rang olci for my results for oct 2011 2391 and was told i had passed 3 parts of my exam and they was awaitng
the 4th ,i thought it must be the written part as i know i sailed the practical no worries!but today i rang them they said i failed
parts 2 and 4 of the exam but will wait till friday when the paper work comes through,the problem being is isnt the 2391 being changed next year so
what do i do now please could anybody advise me im really having a bad day booo

No idea.
I'm still waiting for my results, I think it will be another week or so yet.
I think there is another 3 exams yet before it ends, the place your training might not be doing all of them though. But you could try local collage etc.

Worth waiting for the paperwork results to see what happened, since there are only two parts (written and practical) for 2391-10 not sure what they are referring to about four parts unless they have split the practical into the full I&T and the small sections, and the written into part A and Part B.
Unless you did 2391-20.
C&G say results for 2391-10 should be out by 20th December.

Some colleges will still be running courses to complete the 2391 and whilst i think new entrants are not permitted after 31st Dec 2011 existing planned dates are possible until June. If you are sure you have not passed then contact some colleges and see if you can book in now for future dated exams.
C&G state "2391 closes for new registrations on 31 December 2011, with a final certification date of 31December 2013. Dated entry examinations will continue to be available until the summer of 2012,
exact final date of the 301 and 303 examinations to be confirmed."

ok many thanks for your replies chaps,rang city and guilds and it is only two parts practical and written then rang college and since then all has been sorted.In the practical i failed part 2&4 which i can take again asap and the written result came through this morning and i passed yeeehaaa half way there chaps so once again cheers for all your replies
