looking for some advice. got an off peak system, storage heating that isnt working. scottish power replaced there off peak unit and said it would heat up at 3am but still didnt work. is ther any way to over-ride it so i can figure out exactly whats not working. could it be the control unit or thermastat.
 
legal way to overide it no sorry.
if it is a clock then have a look maybe they forgot to put a seal on anyway

if its a radio teleswitch then im not sure if even if it was open you can do anything

if all the heaters are not working then i suspect the supply is not coming on

just check every thing is switched on
