you sound like you've got a chip on your shoulder.

what's my age got to do with anything - you're not ageist are you? what, are all people over 30 racist? if you think MD's comments were predjudiced, then you need to get out more.

Yeah all the banter one day then next day your a priest. You on drugs lol. Humor gets us through sometimes .[/QUO

The bigot from norn iron who said i said catholic bright spark.
Shagbite and how do you think i ve a chip on my shoulder kid..

you immediately took a defensive attitude towards an innocent remark from MD. why would you instinctively react with accusations of predjudice if you didn't have a chip on your shoulder?

You dont even know me yet take the **** cause im irish. i dont like it to be honest. so hope all of yas have good day. all the best now this forum is not for me few people have to ruin it i guess

Nah far from it Riley . Just having bit of banter. But hey if you are qualified spark i was willing to latch of you and learn more as I'm not quite there, as in qualified.

are you really that insecure about your nationality? look, don't take the hump because some of the blokes on here like to take the mickey. it's all meant in good spirits and no one's being malicious.

stick around and join in. hell, crack a few jokes about the english - we don't care. the english/irish sense of humour has always been self deprecating. lighten-up for god's sake.

edit: probably should have said uk/irish sense of humour. don't really want to ostracise our scottish, ulster and welsh brothers!

Like I said it was just jest, 2 sparks who have had a laugh together over the last couple of days, when I said put it into english it was just banter, I like Irish people, you need to Chill out and take a deep breath, I meant nothing by my comment to you at all, just a laugh between what I thought was me and a Pal.

There was an English man, Scotsman and a …………..
Sorry so as not cause offence you will all have to wait for the rest until he grows up!

Most, if not nearly all the Irish I have ever known have never complained about others taking the P out of the Paddies
Fantastic friendships have been build on mutual insults between the English,Scottish Welsh and Irish and long may it continue
