Yes it is unusual, but quite common around here, just a small spoonfull added to the side of the veg, my roasts are usually full of mustard and horseraddish on the meat as well, I can't remember what beef tastes like trev

I often do mustard gravy which always adds something special. I don't think I've ever had tripe Tel, the look of it puts me off.
