Hi All
This is my first post! Been following the forum with interest on and off over the last year.
My query is I have been to see a Office / Warehouse unit that has had a lot of cables cut out by travellers, the cables in the trunking at roof level are fine from 1st floor level to all the Low Bay lights but from 1st floor level back to distribution board have all been cut out (also all office sockets circuits in skirting trunking is intact other than from where it enters the warehouse from where its been cut out). I have quite a lot of old stock Red/Black so am i correct that i can use these old colours jointed (crimped) in adaptable boxes clamped to the side of the trunking with bushes for the supplies back to the DB as the cables will be all the same colour or do i need to sleeve them Brown & Blue? or use new colours only Instead crimped to the existing Black/Red wiring?
Any advice will be appreciated.
Phil
