Older Japanese made microwave transformer has 3 connector terminals on the primary coil. Haven't seen that before, any help appreciated. It's a dpc-240.

Neither did I. 44 to 57V according to IEEE 802.3af apparently.
It's "active PoE" and the supplying unit handshakes with the receiving unit...
