Hi all.

I was thinking of getting this old fluke Robin 1653 but I am wondering if it's worth it.

Fluke Robin 1653 | eBay

Anybody has one of these? Any good/bad points about it?

Would like to hear any feedback about this unit if possible.

Regards,
Albert

If you buy a 2nd hand MFT make sure it comes with a recent calibration certificate other wise could need costly repairs or even worse could be an uneconomical repair. To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of fluke MFT's although I do like their DMM's,personally prefer a Megger myself but the fluke 1653 isn't a bad bit of kit especially if you can get it far a half decent price.

This says it all

Welcome to my auction for my Fluke Robin 1653 Tester. The tester is as near to new as you could possible get, it has only been used ( TWICE ) since I purchased it. It will need a new calibration certificate as all of these testers do every year. Whoever buys this will get a bargain as these units are very expensive new. The tester comes in the original hard box and is complete with all the cables and books it came with.

Keep your hard earned in your pocket

Thanks Tony.

I'd taken notice already after posting my original post.

A nice weekend to all.
