old water main protective bond -

cpc's were used in lighting circuits earlier, but there were still a lot of houses without , done in the 60's . last week i was on a 1966 build with no lighting cpc's. a pair of metal wall lights had been fitted at some time, with a single cpc picked up from the rfc in the loft.
